"Susan is a dream to work with. She is an expert on Tracy real estate, gave us comps quickly, found exactly what we were looking for, was very attentive to my needs as a first-time home buyer, and she went above and beyond in so many way. When I could not be at the new house due to a family medical emergency, Susan went to the house and taped video for us. I didn’t even have to ask, she just did it. That’s her way. She is a fantastic realtor and a fine person. She gives Realtors a good name.”

Susan Goulding sold my house ($12,000 more than the asking price!) and helped to buy our dream home. She was always available and very quick to respond to my questions. We had a few hiccups along the way (buyer switched jobs just before closing, delaying the process) and Susan was AWESOME! She went to bat for us, thought outside the box for ways to speed up the process, and was in constant contact with us, making a stressful time so much easier to get through. I honestly feel she cares about her clients and her knowledge was reassuring. I would use Susan again and recommend her to my friends and family
